QA/QC Introduction

Dynam performance and chemical component of all raw materials are inspected. Our chemical equipment includes FT-IR CS analyzers, photometric colorimeters, electrolyte analyzers, and salt fog testing cases. Our dynamo equipment includes Rockwell hardness testers, micro-vickers hardness testers, electronic pull power testers, profilers, eddy current conduct meters, and coating thickness testers. All raw materials are subject to test batch by batch according to furnace number. 3D coordinate tester and other testing software greatly improve the company's ability to guarantee product quality.

Each product undergoes 20 strict inspection procedures. Disqualification rate is lower than 300PPM.

Inspection control plan in manufacturing process is stipulated according to the product supervising regulation. Each inspection flow and means of sampling is specified in the regulation. The initial part of all products is subject to inspect. Meanwhile, work flow is analyzed by SPC and supervising tables to guarantee the work flow meet the following standard of Cpk >1.33 and Ppk > 1.67.
